Michelle Bessette Oliveira has been a licensed attorney since 2011, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to her role at PK Boston Law. Before joining the firm, Ms. Oliveira worked for two of the largest default servicing firms in the region. During that time, she gained invaluable experience and insight into foreclosure and title review, equipping her with a keen ability to identify potential issues.
Recognizing that purchasing a home is often the most significant investment in a person’s life, Attorney Oliveira is deeply committed to playing a pivotal role in her clients’ lives. She values her position as a trusted advisor and attorney and works closely with her clients to craft a tailored plan that meets their unique goals and needs.
Ms. Oliveira’s legal practice spans Rhode Island and Massachusetts, as well as the United States District Court for both states. She is an active member of the Rhode Island Bar Association’s Title Standards and Practices Committee, which establishes rules to govern real estate transactions in Rhode Island, and the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). She is also a voting member of the Human Rights Committee for The Halcyon Center in Attleboro, MA, which encourages adults with autism and other developmental disabilities to reach their greatest potential.
Ms. Oliveira earned her J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2011 and graduated cum laude with a B.A. from Temple University in 2007. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys spending time with her husband and sons. You can often find her cheering from the sidelines of her son’s sporting events.
